Reading Pennsylvania, Here We Come!

OK, so besides horse and buggies, what else is in Reading, PA.

It's the Comic Geek Speak Super Show 2011. The now annual convention put on by the Comic Geek Speak podcast crew has become THE event for many in the comics podcasting community, and the comics in general.

The convention itself is April 30 and May 1, 2011, but the fun really starts on Friday April 29th. That's when "Pre Game" begins at a bar/restaurant called 3rd and Spruce in West Reading, PA.  This social gathering allows friends old and new to catch up, break the ice, and informally meet some of the creators and guests who will be at the convention itself.

Personally I'm looking forward to seeing many old friends, including Harold Jennett, Victor Schwartzmiller of Exploring the Multiverse, Shawn Pryor of Action Lab Comics and the PKD Black Box Podcast, and Brad Milyo of Half Hour Wasted.

It's going to be a great time. I'm sure there will be many reports from the con, including some over at the HHWLOD Podcast Network, www.hhwlod.com.
